In this sixth part of our video interview series, Rob O’Byrne and Simon Bowen talk about how handling multiple projects.

Grappling with Multiple Projects

Some Supply Chain Executives sometimes have, an at extreme end, multiple ongoing projects that number up to 20, but it’s not uncommon to have 4 or 5. The challenge for them very often is about how to prioritise and how to resource.

We run sessions that tackle topics like project prioritisation in Supply Chain Leaders Academy, but we think it’s also a very great component that needs to be discussed in Supply Chain Leaders Board Room. People are generally aware of this at a Senior Level but sometimes it just needs a simple tool to quickly assess which projects are needed to be parked and which ones are needed to be prioritised.
